Seedling Singers
For Singers ages 6-10
Seedling Singers nurtures your child’s natural love of singing and moving! Your singer will take his or her musical skills to the next level as we develop healthy singing habits, fundamental musical knowledge, and rehearsal skills. And, of course, we will have a ton of fun doing it!
Your singer will:
Learn healthy breathing habits for singing
Develop posture that promotes a beautiful singing voice and a strong body
Practice diction - the art of pronouncing words super clearly while singing
Explore all that his or her voice can do through pitch and color exploration
Develop his or her musical ear and pitch-matching abilities
Learn how to follow a conductor
Make new musical friends
And make beautiful memories in joy-filled concerts!
Sprout Singers
For Singers ages 10-13
For your growing singer, Sprout Singers offers a more advanced experience in the joy of singing and musical literacy. Sprout Singers will be introduced to the musical score and learn repertoire that includes more complex rhythms and harmonies, a variety of styles, and different languages. That’s an achievement that is sure to boost your child’s confidence by a few dozen points!
Your singer will:
Gain exposure to musical notation for singing
Expand upon healthy breathing habits for singing
Sing in a variety of languages
Develop a unified choir sound
Expand upon their musical ear and aural ability
Gain basic music theory skills
Learn how to follow a conductor

Harmony Singers
For Singers ages 13-18
Our most advanced choir, Harmony Singers focuses on music with multiple layers of harmony and complex rhythms. Singers are asked reflective questions regarding repertoire to explore the many reasons why we sing and discover what music means to them personally. Harmony Garden Singers is a safe, creative, musical environment which younger singers will look up to and aspire to.
Your maturing musician will:
Gain sight-reading skills
Expand upon healthy technique for choral singing
Sing in a variety of languages
Develop a unified choir sound
Gain intermediate music theory skills
Serve as a leader and role model for younger singers in our choir community
Make new musical friends
And make beautiful memories in joy-filled concerts!

Your all-inclusive membership in a Harmony Garden Singers Club includes:
Weekly classes that nurture and inspire your young singer
An exclusive Singers t-shirt for our spring concert
Copies of all music lyric sheets, sheet music, and practice recordings
Developmentally and age-appropriate repertoire your singer will love to learn and sing over and over
Participation in all performances while enrolled (typically 2-3), plus free attendance for all family and friends!
Priority registration for summer and school year classes.

Your all-inclusive choir membership is $110 per month for the 2024-25 school year.

Class meets once a week (except weeks we are closed for holidays) and lasts 45 minutes. Additional dress rehearsals will be scheduled closer to concerts as well.

Any music / lyric sheets to songs being learned, and a bottle of water. We have a water cooler your singer can use to refill before or after class.

You are not required to stay, but we ask that you return promptly at the end of class to pick up your musician.
For their safety, minors are not permitted to travel the building hallways alone. Please walk with your child to and from the studio’s suite. We also suggest visiting the bathroom (which is in the common area hallway, not the studio suite) prior to rehearsal. Should your child need to use the restroom during rehearsal and you are not present, a Harmony Garden staff member will escort them down to hallway to and from the restroom, but will not enter the restroom.

Singers are welcome to join at any time. Please be aware that learning in Singers Club is cumulative. We begin working on repertoire for performances months in advance so that all singers feel 100% confident singing their hearts out on concert day. Therefore, to ensure the best performance experience for your singer, we require that they be a member for a certain number of rehearsals prior to a performance. This window of time will vary depending on the performance, schedule, and repertoire.

Practicing at home will help your child learn the songs more quickly, feel more successful, and have an even more enjoyable time in rehearsals and performances! We encourage Seedling Singers to sing along with recordings at home, and share the songs they are learning with family and friends. Sprout Singers and Harmony Singers will be given practice goals each week due to the more advanced nature of their repertoire.

No problem! Each singer will receive printed lyrics / music and recordings to practice with during the week.

Absolutely! Your child will love seeing lots of proud, smiling, familiar faces in the crowd!

Singers wear formal black and white to our winter concert, and their Singers t-shirt for our spring concert. Exact concert dress guidelines will be announced closer to each performance.
